48 lodging villas with different types ( 10 Types ) and the built
area of each villa 120 m2 and with total of floor area reaching 300
m2 with vault of 60 m2 the internal and external design takes into
consideration the assuring on creative component in the work and
take of oriental architectural art then meeting the most modern
concepts of modern architecture and each villa was studied on a
block of 4000 m2 and surrounded with fence to assure the
independency and particularity ,knowing that each villa has
independent swimming pool with necessary services and special
